At TBR Anonymous, we’re just as excited about your bookish mail as you are! Here’s what you can expect when it comes to shipping your Blind Date with a Book box or other literary goodies:

📍 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (like holidays or special sales), processing may take a bit longer—we appreciate your patience!

🚚 Shipping Time & Carriers

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. On average:

• US Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs)

We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the best available option.

🌎 International Shipping

We do offer international shipping! Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

📬 Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received one within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@tbranonymous.com.

🧁 Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders close together, we’ll try to combine them into one package to save you on shipping—unless otherwise requested.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package seems lost or delayed, let us know and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
